I have learned that it is possible to know about the mind, spirit, and life. I now understand the fundamental cycle of action that makes up life across the 8 dynamics and can act with the ARC triangle on each of these levels (at least I now know that it is possible). Furthermore, one can only have things if one first is (being) and does something.

• Identifying the state and emotional level.

• Assess people

• New and further insights during auditing.

• I have noticed that I can assess accommodating people, or those I deal with, more easily and interact with them better/more optimally.

„The Fundamentals of Thought are exactly what the title says, very basic data that totally help to live life and get a better grip on it and to help others live life better. It's great to have studied that once again in a new unit of time, because many things weren't present in my mind anymore and a refresher did my life a lot of good.

There are many points that I have integrated which make taking action easier. And I have discovered several traps to which I can now say „hello“ instead of falling victim to their effects.
